By using doorstepappliancerepair.com or our repair services, you agree to these Terms. Governed by Indian law — courts in West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
1. Service Description
We are an independent appliance repair service provider, not affiliated with any manufacturer. Brand names on our website are used for identification only to indicate brands we service.
2. Booking
A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until our team acknowledges it. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule with prior notice due to technician unavailability or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Visiting charge ₹199 applies to every call (travel + diagnosis)
- Labour and spare part quotation given before any work begins
- No advance payment required — pay after repair is completed
- Payment methods: Cash · UPI · GPay · PhonePe · Paytm · Debit/Credit Card
4. 30-Day Labour Warranty
Covers recurrence of the exact same fault within 30 days. Does NOT cover: power surge damage · physical damage after repair · unrelated new faults · flood/fire/pest damage · misuse after repair.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure appliance is accessible and safe to work on
- Provide accurate problem description when booking
- Ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present during the visit
- Treat technicians with courtesy and respect
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service visit. We are not liable for consequential losses, pre-existing damage unrelated to the reported fault, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
