RO Repair & Troubleshooting
What we check: inlet/outlet pipes, pump pressure, TDS readings, leaking joints, electronic board faults, float valves and filter integrity.
Typical on-the-spot fixes: O-ring and seal replacement, pump repair/replacement, clogged membrane cleaning, electrical fault repair.
Warranty: 90 days on labour. Typical time: 30–90 minutes.
Installation & Re-installation
New purifier setup, or re-installation after you've shifted homes. We check your inlet water pressure, mount the unit, connect plumbing, and run a full test cycle before handing it over.
Includes: wall mounting, tubing, initial TDS check, and a working demo.
Filter & Membrane Replacement
Filter types: sediment, carbon, post-carbon, UF/UV cartridges, RO membrane.
We show you both genuine-quality and standard aftermarket options with prices, and let you choose. TDS is tested before and after membrane replacement so you can see the improvement yourself.
Warranty: manufacturer part warranty (where applicable) + 30-day fitting warranty.
UV / UF / Mineraliser Repair
Lamp replacement, sensor faults, ballast issues and mineraliser cartridge changes — for purifiers that use UV or UF as their primary or secondary purification stage.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

TDS & Water Quality Testing
A quick on-the-spot TDS reading so you know exactly what your water quality is — included free with every repair visit, and available as a standalone check.
Commercial & Bulk Purifier Service
For offices, clinics, restaurants, schools and housing societies. We offer AMC for multiple units, scheduled preventive maintenance rounds, and bulk cartridge/membrane supply. Quotes are based on unit count, usage and water source.
