The name is the promise: we come to your door, we work on your appliance, we repair it — no showroom visit, no courier, no waiting in a queue. We started with RO and water purifier service in Kolkata, and we're building toward the same doorstep model for more appliance categories and more Indian cities.
Why independent service, not a brand centre
Authorised brand service centres are trained and incentivised to sell brand-original parts and upgrades, often at a premium, and visit fees can run higher with longer wait times in many cities. As an independent provider, our technicians are trained across every major purifier type and have no incentive to push parts you don't need — if your purifier only needs a filter clean, that's what we tell you.
