Cancellation Policy
✅ Free Cancellation
Cancel at no charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
⚠️ Late Cancellation
If technician has already departed — visiting charge ₹199 is payable.
❌ No-Show
Customer absent without notice when technician arrives — visiting charge payable.
📅 Rescheduling
Free if 2+ hours notice given. Subject to technician availability.
Refund Policy
Visiting Charge
Non-refundable once technician has attended and performed a diagnostic inspection — regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
Unsatisfactory Work
Contact us immediately. We arrange re-inspection at no extra visiting charge. If fault is confirmed as our workmanship issue, we correct it at no additional labour charge. Labour refunds considered case by case.
Spare Parts
Non-refundable once installed unless the part itself was found defective on arrival — in which case we replace it at no additional cost.
Repair Declined After Diagnosis
Only the visiting charge is payable. No labour charges apply if you choose not to proceed after the quotation is given.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our Grievance Officer within 7 days of the service date. Provide: invoice number · your name and contact · description of the issue · date of repair. We investigate within 7 working days. Approved refunds processed in 5–7 working days.
